Where we come from.
STS Ventures was founded in 2007 as the investment vehicle of Stephan Schubert, one of the most active, connected and experienced business angels in Germany. In 2018, STS Ventures joined forces with successful entrepreneurs, like-minded business angels and large family offices to further scale the 'Camel Investment Philosophy' while keeping the Angel DNA. Today, STS Ventures is funded by an exceptional network of private and entrepreneurial investors to back tomorrow's hidden champions.
OUR INVESTMENT FOCUS
We like to be among the first investors.
We typically invest during the Pre-Seed and Seed stages of a company headquartered in the DACH region. A typical initial investment ranges from €500k - €1m with follow-up investments possible. To help build a strong foundation, we prefer to be among the first investors and support our founding teams from the get-go.
We are an industry-agnostic investor but our main expertise lies in digital and tech-enabled business models. We are looking for founders who love numbers, keep track of their most important KPIs, and use them to successfully manage their company. Optimally, a potential investment case can already demonstrate some initial traction.
